This project is supporting field staff to capture currently undocumented informal feedback which is received face to face, by creatively using technology to enable responsive and accountable uses of information. Traditionally, tech feedback mechanisms are SMS or phone hotlines but the team believe that most communities prefer to give feedback face to face. Therefore, Oxfam has been using a case management mobile application to input and refer feedback when required for relevant teams to follow up. This is unique in the sector.
