The Head Mouse is part of the 'Heads Up Project' developed by the Rix Centre, in partnership with The Nominet Trust. The centre is developing low-cost assistive learning technologies for people with disablities. The Head Mouse is head-tracking software designed to allow users to better communicate through their computers by operating a cursor through their webcam and motions of their head.
