Living sustainably in Russia

Greenhunter provides information for people who wish to live in a more ecologically sustainable way. Similar to GoodGuide, they provide information about products that do not use harmful chemicals, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), polluting packaging etc. In addition, they provide maps of recycling points in Russia through partnership with PRO Othodi.
Currently the organic movement is slow in Russia with only about 0.2% of all food consumed considered organic. The Government is planning to introduce organic food standards next year if the law goes through. Greenhunter can help to educate the consumer and build grass-roots action.
