Get Connected is a charity offering online and offline support to young people under 25.

They provide a free, confidential helpline for those who need help and don't know where to turn. The service is available 365 days a year and young people can get in touch by phone, webchat, email, text message, or use the online directory, WebHelp 24/7.

When a young person gets in touch, one of 100 trained helpline volunteers helps them to explore their issues. They offer emotional support, and let them know about appropriate sources of further specialist advice, from a database of 10,000 trusted organisations.

Last year, the helpline volunteers directly supported around 200 young people who needed help with a wide range of issues, including homelessness, self harm, bullying and drugs.
