Flux is  currently beta-testing Eddy, a smart device that helps consumers grow healthier and safer food effectively using hydroponics. The system includes hardware, a cloud platform and a robust, AI back end, which uses machine learning to help ordinary people grow food with the yield of an expert. This technology is scalable and suitable for everyone, from someone aiming at self-sufficiency, to independent farmers. Hydroponics uses 90% less water and 70% fewer nutrients than traditional soil.
