DaisyPi is an adjunct to the super-cheap Raspberry Pi micro-computer. It is designed to make it incredibly cheap to monitor light, movement, CO2, temperature, atmospheric pressure and gas levels, and  live-stream and record video output in your home.

Developed by a team of young entrepreneurs from Romania, its design is open source so anyone can monitor their environments and local areas. It looks like a house-plant, but hidden under the hood are digital and analogue sensor inputs, a camera and an audio speaker.
