BlindSquare is a tool to help blind and visually impaired people navigate public spaces unaided. It uses GPS and relevant information from apps such as Foursquare and Street Maps, so they can find the nearest library, train station, or an area’s most popular cafes, bars, etc. for themselves. It is available in 18 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Turkish and Arabic.
