With Accomable, Srin Madipalli and Martyn Sibley, who both have Spinal Muscular Atrophy and use motorised wheelchairs, have come up with a solution to make travelling easier for people with disabilities.

Accomable is an Airbnb-type service that features only accessible properties and details the different access requirements that the buildings have. It's a free internet site where all the listings are available and you can contact the host directly to book your stay and ask questions.

Accomable provides a service that was lacking for disabled people looking for accommodation. It's already been featured in the press with articles in Wired, The New York Times and the BBC. It's supported by The University of Oxford, the Skoll Foundation and Spinal Muscular Atrophy UK.
